Gymnasts challenged the ninja circuit – leaping across the quintuple steps (beatboards), rope swinging, cargo net climbing, maze crawling, pit running, trampoline jumping, taking on the mat mountain and more, before ringing the bell when completing the course!
With activities designed to improve balance, strength, speed, power, endurance & fitness (not to mention being so much fun!), our ninja contestants leapt and flew through the timed circuit – we definitely have some contenders for Australian Ninja Warrior in future years!
