Delta are committed to being a learning organisation and to providing our coaches with opportunities to extend their abilities and qualifications. This weekend a number of Delta coaches attended the Gymnastics Queensland Intermediate Coaches Course to upgrade their qualifications. Add this to our own staff development sessions, international coach training opportunities and the Gymnastics Australia coaching accreditation requirement - and you can be assured - your kids are in good hands!
With over 85% of our coaches Intermediate level and above, we are leading the way with quality gymnastics programs at Delta! We are a passionate team all working towards the goal of helping each individual child be the best they can be. Whether it is a child learning to hop or forward roll for the very first time, a child learning a cartwheel, or a child making a Queensland team, all of our coaches care about helping kids confidence grow through the sport of gymnastics.
