We laughed, we cheered, we cried, we danced.... Delta Dinner 2018! On Saturday evening, 350 Delta supporters - gymnasts, parents, siblings, grandparents, coaches and staff  - gathered for our annual awards night, the Delta Dinner. With prestigious awards, fun and inspiring videos, motivational speeches, dinner and dancing, it's no wonder this event is one of the favourites on the gymnastics calendar! There wasn't a dry eye in the house as we watched Georgia Godwin's Commonwealth Games journey and celebrated our 11 level 10's who are retiring from gymnastics this year. We laughed at our gymnast's bloopers and some of our coaches crazy antics; and were taken on tour with our gymnasts through the incredible videos Wendy put together. Thanks Wendy, they really were a highlight. Our gymnasts who spoke on the night were an inspiration to those coming through the ranks and we're already for an incredible 2019.  A celebration of our Aspire gymnasts, their efforts and performances over the year, the Delta Dinner was a fantastic way to wind down and wrap up 2018.  Congratulations to each and every gymnast and thank you to their families, coaches and support crew. Big shout out to Lauren and Megan, who put the event together and to all of our amazing Delta family, thank you and see you next year!
