We are getting ready for 2018!

With Term 4 upon us, it is time to start preparing for another fun year ahead of gymnastics! From November 14th, our current Delta Gold Coast & Southport Gymnastics Club members will receive their 2018 class offer! Did you know all members are required to re-book into a new class for next year and current members receive first priority!  Our Team Leaders have been working hard with each coach to individually consider every child, from our littlest Gym Kids through to our senior Aspire gymnasts - to ensure we recommend the most suitable & beneficial class for them in 2018!  Below is a brief outline of how our 2018 class offers work, what to expect and how to lock in your child's spot for the year ahead!

Tuesday 14th Nov 2017	You will receive your child's 2018 booking email & class offer! We have tried to match the perfect class for each child based on age, ability, parent & coach feedback & this year's gymnastics class day/time.
Friday 17th Nov 2017	Due date to accept your 2017 class offer
Tuesday 21st Nov 2017	Rolls open to swap to an alternate 2018 class * If the class offered doesn't work for your family. * for Gym Kids - Aspire 2 gymnasts

Your 2018 Offer and Booking Email will explain all the steps you need to take to lock in your spot for next year. To confirm your child's 2018 class, you will be asked to finalise next year's Annual Registration Fee.  If your child is moving to a class with longer hours in 2018, an upgrade fee may be applicable. Also, good to note is as children move into older class types, afternoon sessions may begin slightly later in the day.  Finally, if your current membership expires in 2017 you will receive your membership renewal invoice, along with your 2018 class offer. Meanwhile, we still have so much in store for the rest of the year! We are looking forward to finishing 2017 with a bang! Stay tuned for your 2018 class offer and booking information soon!
