Congratulations to our Delta Gold Coast Aspire Performance & Competitive State Clubs team who performed beautifully at the State Club Gymnastics Championships, held in Caloundra on the school holidays. State Club Championships is the most coveted team event in Queensland, attracting gymnasts and clubs from all over the State to battle it out for the State Club Champion title.  Delta Gold Coast gymnasts certainly stepped up to the challenge, with both their team spirit and competition performances shining through. We are so proud of all the girls for their efforts - our club placed an amazing 7th overall in Queensland!   Well done to each and every gymnast and to their amazing coaches Sasha, Teresa and Beth for their dedication and support.  We loved seeing all the smiles on the floor and in the crowds, cheering our girls on! Shout out as well to our amazing Delta Gold Coast judges and volunteers who made this event possible for our Delta girls. Special mention to Delta Gold Coast Level 10 gymnast, Grace Jamieson who is now retiring from gymnastics.  After 15 years at our Club and incredible success at a local, state and national level, Grace is hanging up her guards.  Grace went out with a bang with a fantastic hit at State Clubs and will be very missed in the gym!  Thanks Grace for being an integral part of our team!
