  • Maddy Thompson Wins Medals & Delta Gymnastics Claim Nationals
Delta Gymnastics is in the news following their recent National and International success! Level 10 Delta Brisbane gymnast, Maddy Thompson has returned from the Trans Tasman Challenge in New Zealand with TWO GOLDS & a SILVER medal! Achieving her dream of representing her country, Maddy and her Australian teammates won gold in the Team Event of the Competition.  Maddy then went on to take home the silver medal in the Individual All Around and picked up GOLD on bars during Apparatus Finals! What an incredible result and a wonderful finish to Maddy's gymnastics career. Congratulations Maddy! Maddy's fantastic results were featured in this week's Northside Chronicle, alongside the success of Delta Brisbane at the National Clubs Carnival! Following a week of tough competition at the recent National Clubs Carnival on the Gold Coast, Delta Brisbane were named National Champion Club for an incredible 11th time! Showing their depth, the Delta Brisbane teams also won GOLD in four of the five WAG divisions at this prestigious event. Check out the full story below:
