  • Southport Seniors & Gym Dads Catch the Southport Spirit
This year our Southport senior competitive gymnasts, their coaches and their Gym Dads, headed to Thunderbird Park, Tamborine Mountain for 2 nights of camping fun at Spirit Camp! Spirit Camp kicks of the year for our Aspire Competitive gymnasts and is packed full of adventure, fun, laughs and team building for our young leaders.  This year our Southport team went out on their own, as 11 gymnasts, 11 dads and 4 coaches assembled the team to prepare for the year ahead. With team games (including a photo scavenger hunt), swimming, snooker competitions, lip sync battles, high ropes courses and more, the girls and dad's had a blast!!  Thanks to all the Dad's for getting in there and being part of our Southport Spirit Camp and to Vinnie & the Southport Committee for their support in ensuring our Spirit Camp ran so smoothly.  We we're certainly pretty impressed with some of our Dad's handstanding ability... and our first solo Spirit Camp was one to remember!

Check out all of the action from this year's Southport Spirit Camp.

Look out 2019 here we come!
