With Term 4 upon us, it is time to start preparing for another fun year ahead of gymnastics!
From November 10th, our current Barron Valley members will receive their 2018 class offer! Did you know all members are required to re-book into a new class for next year and
Below is a brief outline of how our 2018 class offers work, what to expect and how to lock in your child's spot for the year ahead!
Your 2018 Offer and Booking Email will explain all the steps you need to take to lock in your spot for next year.
To confirm your child's 2018 class, you will be asked to finalise next year's Annual Registration Fee. If your child is moving to a class with longer hours in 2018, an upgrade fee may be applicable. Also, good to note is as children move into older class types, afternoon sessions may begin slightly later in the day. Finally, if your current membership expires in 2017 you will receive your membership renewal invoice, along with your 2018 class offer.
