Our gymnasts have been working extremely hard in the gym. Strength and conditioning have been a focus as the girls prepare their bodies for comp season!
We've seen lots of preparation go into new choreography and can't wait to see some exciting new skills and floor routines from our senior gymnasts!
Just a reminder as we head into this 2018 competition season how important it is for gymnasts to attend all training sessions to keep on track and ensure a confident preparation and that girls are physically and emotionally ready to perform.
Keep working hard girls - you're looking amazing!
