Natasha Ho is one of our amazing level 9 gymnasts at Delta. Tash's family are based in Darwin and she spends school terms as a boarder at a school in Brisbane. Tash trains 20 hours a week in our Aspire Competitive Program at Delta Kedron and in 2018 Tash picked up the BRONZE medal in Level 9 at the

Tash goes home to see her family throughout the year and always ensures she finds a way to keep fit and prepared for gymnastics! Tash works hard on her strength and conditioning when she is away and has even come back to Brisbane to represent Delta at State Clubs mid-holiday, before returning to her family in Darwin! We are so impressed with the dedication Tash puts in to the sport she loves. Thanks Tash, for always working hard to be the best you can be!
