The Delta Aspire Program is home to some of the club’s most dedicated and accomplished athletes.
Competing across the ALP Level 7–10, Developing International and Senior International divisions, these gymnasts train with the goal of representing their club, state and country at the highest levels of the sport. Their success is built on years of commitment, resilience, teamwork and an unwavering pursuit of excellence.
At Delta, we believe it is not only what we do, but the way we do it. Our Core Values guide everything we do and help shape not only successful athletes, but exceptional young people. We are incredibly proud of the leaders within our Aspire Performance Program who bring these values to life each and every day, both inside and outside the gym.

What are you most looking forward to at Australian Championships?
Competing with my Queensland team, supporting my teammates, travelling to Sydney and making memories along the way.
Looking back, what are you most proud of in your gymnastics journey so far?
How much I’ve grown both inside and outside the gym. I’m proud of how far I’ve come with my skills and progression through the levels to now represent Queensland. Little Lila would be so proud!
What’s your go-to post-training snack?
High-fuelling fruit and sushi.
A goal you’re chasing right now?
Upskilling, preparing for Level 9 and making every training session positive and productive.
What motivates you on the hard days?
Staying positive and focusing only on the things I can control. My dog, Oakley, also helps me on the hard days.
What has gymnastics taught you outside of the gym?
Resilience, grit and teamwork.
Something people might not know about you?
I love art and painting canvases.
What do you love most about Team Delta?
My teammates and coaches who support me and help me throughout my journey.
What would your teammates say you’re famous for?
My slick competition and training hair—and my bravery.
Who has had the biggest impact on your gymnastics journey and why?
Georgia Godwin. She’s always positive, always has a smile on her face and has helped me see what’s possible.
One message for your fellow Delta teammates heading to Nationals?
I’m so excited to compete alongside you all and support each other every step of the way. You’re all going to do amazing. Good luck girls—go get ’em, you’ve got this!
