Our Delta Aspire Level 7-10 gymnasts kicked off their competitive season recently at our Club favourite, My Routine Rules! The first competition for the season, My Routine Rules (MRR), is the perfect preparation for the upcoming events for our senior gymnasts.  Wearing their favourite optional leotard and performing one at a time in front of the crowd, gymnasts get their chance to try out their new skills and new routines in a competition setting. Each year, the crowd is wowed by the new skills and new routines these incredible gymnasts display - and 2018 certainly lived up to expectations! Our Level 7 and 8's kicked off the event.  For many of these gymnasts, new to level 7, this was their first time competing optional routines, so was fantastic to see their personalities shine through as they showed off their new skills and dance moves.         Check out some of the girls amazing routines below! Level 7 & 8's LIVE! Our senior girls really are the most amazing role models!  Our 9 & 10's arrived early to the event, to cheer on their team mates and to sign autographs for their legion of Delta fans.  Georgia Godwin, while not competing, came along to support team Delta and chatted with our young gymnasts, also signing autographs and having photos with the kids!  These girls are not just great gymnasts, but a great inspiration for the younger children, coming up in the gymnastics world.      Five pm saw the seniors take to the floor and take centre stage before an impressive crowd of spectators!  Getting to level 10 in gymnastics is no mean feat - and we currently have 12 girls competing at this highest level!  We saw incredibly difficult vaults, double back somersaults of floor, leaps, turns and tumbles in the 2 hours of performances.     Check out our incredible level 9 and 10's on display here! LIVE LEVEL 9s 9's & 10's in ACTION! Well, My Routine Rules did not disappoint.  What a great start to the competition season for our L7-10 gymnasts!
