This Australia Day, lets reflect on our amazing Delta team members who have done themselves and their country proud! Delta’s own Snr International gymnast, Georgia Godwin donned the green & gold leotard and took on the world in 2017!! Representing Australia at the World Cup in Melbourne (where she took home the bronze medal on floor), the World Championships in Montreal Canada (where Georgia placed an amazing 13th in the WORLD!), and the Toyota International in Japan – Georgia has well and truly cemented her role as Australia’s leading female gymnast! Team Georgia is definitely getting excited as Georgia and her coaches, Sacha and Olga follow up these amazing results with preparations for this year’s Commonwealth Games! #teamgeorgia Check out Georgia in action at the 2017 World Gymnastics Championships: We also love this video message Georgia streamed for our recent Delta Dinner – thanking everyone for their support and help in making 2017 such a success for her!  What a humble and inspirational Aussie gymnast Georgia is! In 2017 our incredible Delta Aspire gymnasts also retained their title as Number 1 Club in Australia (for the 10th time in 12 years!) And the amazing Maddy Thompson took out the Australian Champion title in Level 10, as well as being selected on the Australian Level 10 Team in 2017! Maddy competes with grace and poise and has made herself, her coaches, family and the extended Delta tribe so proud!  What an amazing effort to take home an Australian Title!  Well done Maddy! Georgia and Maddy are two of our incredible leaders here at Delta and we love the way they both inspire the up and coming gymnasts at Delta.  What wonderful role models we have!  Incidentally, Georgia and Maddy shared our Delta Gymnast of the Year title in 2017, rewarding their amazing achievements last year! We were also so proud to hear our former Delta Gym Kid, James Hardie was recently selected on his first Australian MAG team, touring to Austria.  The awesome James placed 3rd AA in the Under 14 division! Great Job James! Happy Australia Day to our Delta families! Aussie Aussie Aussie!! Want to see some more amazing Delta gymnasts who represented their country? Watch here:
