  • How to Book a Make-Up Lesson
HOW TO REQUEST & ACCEPT A MAKE - UP*  – WATCH VIDEO or follow the step by step procedure below. Please note, members who returned to Delta Gymnastics straight after our COVID - 19 lockdown period were gifted 2 Retention Vouchers (which can be used for makeup classes and work exactly the same as claiming makeups).  1.Click on Manage in your gymnasts profile on the portal homepage.  2. Click on Unable to Attend to request a make - up lesson. *Make - up lessons are only available to those gymnasts in Jnr GymKids, GymKids or Aspire and Comp 2 programs. 3. Fill in the details of the class you are unable to attend and the description. Click submit. By doing this, you will create a voucher to use for a make-up lesson. You will then need to redeem this voucher to book the make-up class.  4. To redeem this make-up voucher, click on Redeem Voucher. 5. Select the oldest voucher (see expiry dates) to use first.  6. Complete the details and select your preferred venue and class for the make-up lesson.  7. Select date for make - up lesson and click on submit to confirm booking.
